Hometown Fridays—Be Sure to Sign Up Today!

Show your hometown spirit while you raise dollars for hometown causes.

CCB associates now have an opportunity to contribute to a fund for local nonprofits and show your spirit for Kansas City. The new program, Hometown Fridays, replaces the previous "Casual Friday" programs.

Here's how it works:

Choose an amount you'd like to contribute. Elect to donate per pay period via UKG. Please note that all previous Casual Friday donation elections have been removed, so be sure to reelect for Hometown Fridays.
Your contributions will be donated to nonprofit organizations that associates nominate and the Team Impact Committee approves.
Associates who contribute to the Hometown Friday fund can wear a local Kansas City t-shirt every Friday with regular business slacks/skirts/dress pants. We're calling this the Hometown Friday Dress Down!
Examples of t-shirts you might wear include Chiefs, Royals, KC Current, Monarchs, local high school and college teams, and KC-themed Charlie Hustle gear. Please keep in mind that any messaging on the t-shirts must be non-controversial.
