The Kansas City community comes together each year at the gala to celebrate the accomplishments, hopes and dreams of individuals with disabilities.
Inclusion Connections' 2023 FashionAbility Gala, co-chaired by CCB’s Chief Risk Officer Christee Highbarger and her husband Greg, was a huge success. The February 18 event raised a grand total of $695,000. Country Club Bank was a sponsor of the annual event.
TOP MODEL winners were Meg Dieter and Lauren Thompson, who generated an impressive $15,000 of the total $155,576 raised for the TOP MODEL campaign.
Inclusion Connections strives to strengthen the lives of individuals with disabilities by creating inclusive opportunities for community involvement, access to meaningful employment and better options for supportive living.
Proceeds from the event will support Inclusion Connections’ continuing education programs, including Continuing Cap Education, Employment Through PawsAbilities (click here for highlights of CCB's March VTO project), and the BelongKC supportive living initiative. Through advocacy, education and conversation, Inclusion Connections is making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities.
