Best Places to Work 2023
The Kansas City Business Journal named Country Club Bank as a 2023 Best Places to Work winner in the Large Company category. To qualify, companies had to have a minimum of five employees in the Kansas City area, and a preset number of those employees had to complete a confidential survey. Winning this award takes a team, and we are proud of and grateful for Team CCB!
Missouri Bankers Association|Rachael Ausmus
Rachael Ausmus was selected as the Missouri Bankers Association's "Next Generation in Banking Leadership" award winner.
The award recognizes the achievement, performance and community and industry involvement of a Missouri banker with 20 years or less of financial services experience. She was honored at the MBA's NextGen Conference, held October 12-13 in Osage Beach, Missouri.

Thompson Family Honored as "Angels Among Us"
The Catholic Education Foundation honored the Byron and Jeanne Thompson Family with the Michael and Patty Morrisey "Angels Among Us" Award at their annual Guadeamus gala on Saturday, October 28. Every year, the Foundation honors a member of the community for their dedication to Catholic education. The Thompsons were recognized as being instrumental in providing vital support to communities most in need across the Kansas City area.
