Spinach Artichoke Asiago Dip Submitted by Kathy Rembs
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1.5 lbs baby spinach leaves
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
2 cups canned artichoke hearts, rinsed &chopped
1 cup asiago cheese, grated
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Heat a skillet over medium-heat, and melt 1 tablespoon of butter. When melted, add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the spinach leaves to the pan and cook, tossing often, until just wilted (2 to 3 minutes).
In a bowl, combine the mayo, sour cream, cayenne pepper, grated cheese, artichokes and cooked spinach, and stir together. Transfer to an oven-safe dish. Smooth the top of the dip with a spoon, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and melted completely.
Serve warm with pita chips or grilled baguette slices.
Buffalo Chicken Dip Submitted by Marla Youk
Ingredients:
Cream Cheese – 8 ounce
Shredded Cheddar Cheese – 2 cup
Frank’s Red Hot Sauce – ¾ cup
Ranch Dressing – 1 cup
Tyson Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Strips – 11 oz.
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Blend together the cream cheese, Frank’s Red Hot Sauce and Ranch dressing. Mix in the shredded cheese and chicken breast. Place in a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips. Yummy!
Hot Onion Dip Submitted by Janet Rickard
Ingredients:
2- 8oz. cream cheese
1 c. real mayo
1c. parmesan cheese shredded
1 small onion
Lawry seasoning added
Tabasco added for seasoning
Directions:
Mix and spread into a pie plate. Spray plate with pam. Bake 350 for 30 min.
"Really good with Fritos Scoops Corn Chips. Really good - pie plate was empty."
Chili Cheese Dip Submitted by Lauren Rios
Ingredients:
1 8oz block of cream cheese
1 can Hormel chili (Homemade chili is GREAT, but who has time)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Spread cream cheese in a shallow baking dish (a large glass pie pan works great!). Spread chili over top of the cream cheese. Cover those layers with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 until the cheese is melted & bubbly. Or, microwave on high for about 5 minutes.
Serve with corn chips….and ENJOY!!!
